Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Execution

Operational Excellence

β€’ Streamline and manage regular business reviews, including preparing high-quality presentations and reports.

β€’ Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.


Data Analysis & Insights

β€’ Analyze business performance metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

β€’ Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and drive accountability.


Stakeholder Collaboration

What We’re Looking For


Education & Experience

β€’ MBA from a premium business school with 4-6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, sales operations, or business management roles.


Skills & Competencies

β€’ Analytical Expertise: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

β€’ Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.

β€’ Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and influence stakeholders.

β€’ Leadership & Ownership: High degree of accountability, with a proactive approach to driving results and managing priorities.

β€’ Project Management: Expertise in managing complex projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
