Lead, Program Management

Job Description:

The Lead, Program Management is responsible for managing the rolling Baseline Upgrade Program (BUP) associated with the delivered Baseline 1.0 Mission, Ground, and/or Aircraft Systems. This includes directing all phases of the program from inception through completion. The Lead, Program Manager will also own these duties: Responsible for the execution of the program including cost, schedule, and technical performance. Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Act as the primary customer interface for program activities and lead program meeting/reviews with the customer, end-user, and executive staff.
