**Job Description Summary**
Your role as Lead Project Engineer - BESS will be part of the multi-disciplined engineering team, that sits within the global engineering organisation and will execute energy storage projects across the region.
You will be the focal point to provide technical leadership on projects for the energy storage business in Australia. Working alongside project management teams, you will lead and coordinate with manufacturers, designers, and the wider engineering team to meet project objectives (safety, quality, delivery and cost) as well as provide technical guidance and advice to customers. You will also be instrumental in identifying and implementing improvements on processes, tools, and system solutions.
Technical experience within power or utility will be useful when anticipating the needs of customers by providing practical solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.
