Lead Project Engineer

The Specialty Materials group is looking for a Lead Project Engineer. Located in Colonial Heights, VA this position reports to the Electronic and Specialty Materials Capital Engineering Leader. Responsibilities Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the execution of capital investments through their entire life cycles in areas assigned, including: scope development, risk assessments, budgeting, engineering/design, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, startup, and project closure documentation Ensure the safe execution of all projects managed or in assigned areas, while working with appropriate HSE personnel ensuring all government agency requirements are satisfied Integrate plant personnel into the capital project management process to ensure results that meet the needs of the project stakeholders Work closely with the business development analysts and site controllers to provide project evaluation and economic analysis on the capital investments for such managed pr...
