Drives direct reports and operates according to the QTC-S process Planning: Establishes steps and timetables for achieving results required by his superior Organizing & Staffing: Establishes a structure for accomplishing plan requirements & staffs/makes recommendation accordingly Training: Helps define necessary means and needs in terms of training in order to respond to Group targets Objective setting : Contributes in objectives setup of subordinates following Group's overall goals; Sets personal development; Controlling: Monitors results vs plan by measuring performance on a periodic basis Problem solving: Identify deviations, and then plan and organize to solve problems Keeps control over day-to-day activities (st contact to ASM/ASD, customer presentation, RFQ assigt, workload, escalation) Responds to KPI feedback/monitoring (TTQ, Hit ratio, …) Carries the expertise to manage complex projects s...
