As the Lead Provider, NP, you will assist in the daily operations of the occupational health clinic at Bath Iron Works. Operating under the BIW Business Operating System (BOS), the Lead Provider, NP ensures compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards while coordinating with other key stakeholders to meet overall milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Leadership:

  • Diagnose, treat and medically manage work-related injuries and illnesses for Bath Iron Works employees.

    • Project Execution:

  • Perform routine medical surveillance, physical examination, and case review for a variety of programs, ., exposures from asbestos, heavy metals, various environmental toxins, and noise; DOT; Fire Brigade and other programs.

    • Clinical Management:

  • Supervision of Nurse Practitioners.
  • Provide day-to-day clinical guidance and support to other NPs.
