Lead QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead QA Automation Engineer (SDET) to architect, build, and scale our test automation framework for a complex, enterprise-grade SaaS platform. Our customers include global financial institutions, professional services firms, and military organizations — so reliability, scalability, and security are paramount. 

This role is not just about writing tests. It's about building the foundation of quality engineering: designing automation systems that evolve with the product, scale to enterprise workloads, and provide confidence for mission-critical deployments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating automation frameworks from scratch, scaling them in fast-growing SaaS environments, and mentoring teams to raise the overall quality bar.
