We’re looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer in Sustenance to support and enhance the Enterprise TruRisk Platform. In this role, you’ll debug customer‑reported issues, validate fixes, and drive automation across microservices and big‑data components. You’ll also mentor the sustenance QA team and help ensure smooth, high‑quality production releases.

What You’ll Do

  • Debug and troubleshoot customer‑reported issues in big‑data and microservices environments
  • Perform root cause analysis and deliver fixes to production
  • Lead and mentor the Sustenance QA team
  • Drive automation across UI, API, and backend workflows
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks (Java, Selenium; Playwright is a plus)
  • Automate big‑data workflows (Spark, Hadoop, ETL pipelines)
  • Set up and maintain big‑data test environments
  • Deployment on QA environments with Kubernetes Orchestration
  • Support deployment teams with debugging utilities (create scripts and utilities which makes debugging easier)
  • Conduct system, performance, and end‑to‑end testing
  • Reproduce complex production issues and validate fixes
  • Promote an automation‑first approach to reduce manual regression

    • What You Bring

  • 8–10 years of QA experience, including 4–6 years in automation and team leadership
  • Strong debugging and RCA skills
  • Experience building automation frameworks and integrating CI/CD
  • Backend automation experience (databases, REST APIs)
  • Solid SQL and Linux/Unix skills
  • Good command on hadoop and querying big data for debugging issues.
  • Nice to Have : kafka and elastic search knowledge
  • Experience in the security domain is a plus
