The Opportunity

Own the quality assurance standard across multiple workstreams. You’ll design pragmatic test strategies, accelerate high‑confidence releases, and champion quality engineering at scale. You will work closely with the Lead Developers and engineering teams to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and aligned to organisational goals. The successful candidate is expected to operate as the testing authority within the team - establishing best practices, maturing automation strategies, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes across all deliverables.

• Develop Test Strategies : Contribute to the Grouptest strategy outlining the approach,objectives, scope,techniquesand resources needed.
