Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

SENIOR SOFTWARE TESTER / QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER

V-Accel AI Dynamics is hiring for our Chennai office.

THE ROLE:

Lead quality assurance efforts and design robust automated testing frameworks for our enterprise SaaS applications. Build and maintain comprehensive test suites, ensure high code quality, and drive continuous testing practices across development teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

- 3+ years of hands-on automation testing using Selenium with Java or Python

- 2+ years of experience with Playwright using Java/JavaScript/TypeScript/Python

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, API)

- Experience with test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, pytest)

- Proficiency in creating and maintaining test automation scripts

- Experience with CI/CD integration and automated test execution

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum testing practices

PREFERRED:

- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)

- Performance testing experience (JMeter, Gatling)

- Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave)

- Experience with mobile testing (Appium)

- Cloud testing experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Database testing and SQL knowledge

- Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr)

- ISTQB or similar testing certifications
