We at AT&T are excited to have an opening in the National Performance Triage team. This organization analyses the root cause of wireless network performance degradations, develops automation to triage root cause analysis and provides reports on those root causes for leadership and other external groups.
**What you’ll do:**
+ **Daily Performance Report Generation:** Run our existing Daily Degradation report for our 4G and 5G networks, which triggers submarkets that have had composite quality performance degradation when comparing yesterday’s performance with their daily baseline performance. Send the triggered markets list to our contacts in the impacted markets.
