Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced **Lead React Developer** to head our front-end development team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the front-end team to analyze and stabilize the existing system to prepare for launch
- Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager, Scrum Master, other front-end and back-end developers, and testers to plan and deliver features
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality features in an efficient manner to align with client’s roadmap needs
- Oversee the development process post-launch and implement necessary updates and enhancements
- Work closely with back-end developers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience
- Guide the team in following best practices in coding and design for optimal performance on mobile web, especially iOS / Safari
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and advancements to incorporate into the development process
