Lead React Engineer at BairesDev
Join our development team as a Lead React Engineer. Your role will involve overseeing and leading a team of developers, defining and implementing advanced technology strategies, driving innovation, and setting high technical standards.
What You Will Do

  • Oversee technical aspects of projects, guide team members in problem-solving, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Design robust and scalable application architectures using React and related technologies, aligning them with business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain high code quality standards, review and approve pull requests, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem and incorporate new tools to enhance project outcomes.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of web applications, ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and scalability.
Here’s What We Are Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience with React.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
  • Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
  • Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
  • Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Advanced level of English.
