We at Blue Ocean Ventures, Looking to hire a 'Lead Recruiter - Leadership Hiring' who should have:


  • 5-10 years of experience in working on Leadership positions
  • Must have great understanding on IT Services clients
  • Must have prior experience in stakeholder management
  • Should be responsible for 360 degree hiring (right from bringing up the roles and closing them with right candidate available in the market)
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Candidates having prior portfolio would be an added advantage


Location: Bangalore (Domlur)

Work Mode: 5 days WFO

Shift: General (10 AM to 7 PM IST)
