- Lead full-cycle technical recruitment across engineering, product, and technology functions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
- Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, driving performance and best practices.
- Build and manage talent pipelines using advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google Search).
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing market insights, talent maps, and regular recruitment analytics.
- Ensure process excellence with ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever) and maintain data integrity.
- Drive initiatives in diversity hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
