Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level technical and leadership positions. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and position requirements.
Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools , professional networks, and targeted research to identify exceptional candidates. Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluate fitment, and present qualified profiles to clients.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage.
Maintain accurate data and insights on recruitment metrics and pipelines.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term engagement. ...
