Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead – Recruiter (US Staffing) to drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for US clients

while guiding a team of recruiters/sourcers. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on recruiting

expertise with strong leadership, sourcing strategy (especially LinkedIn), and performance management

to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of recruiters supporting US staffing engagements.

Drive full-cycle recruitment for assigned key positions.

Develop and execute advanced LinkedIn and social sourcing strategies.

Create and optimize Boolean search strings and talent mapping plans.

Partner with Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and clients to understand hiring needs.
