Lead - Regulatory Compliance

About the Role

As the Lead - Regulatory Compliance , you will be working as part of Nium’s global, dynamic compliance team and will be reporting directly to the SGMLRO for Nium. The Compliance team is responsible for advising the Nium business unit on all compliance matters and ensuring the policies and procedures for Nium are accurate and always updated in real time. In addition, you will also be responsible for daily escalations for Nium clients across the globe on client onboarding, transaction monitoring, and for the detection and prevention of financial crime including, money laundering, and terrorist financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, assess and maintain Nium’s AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with country specific regulatory requirements.
