Lead - Reliability Controls Engineer

Description: 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM 2nd shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. • Oversees conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) of production equipment. • Oversees performing predictive analysis of production equipment. • Conducts root cause analysis to diagnose equipment failures to ensure they don't occur again . • Develops proactive maintenance procedures to ensure production line efficiency and sustain asset uptime. • Review installation of newly installed equipment and assess the reliability of newly installed assets. • Create and monitor life cycle asset management plans. • Assists in the design and development planning for custom assets. • Provide technical support to the maintenance team to assist in correcting equipment issues . • Monitor overall equipment effectiveness to support manufacturing productivity . • Must have good controls experience Desired Skills: • Experience with production maintenance planning strongly desired • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Mai...
