ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the design and execution of reward interventions for executive employees, including base compensation, benefits, and long‑term incentive (LTI) programs
  • Design new incentive plans and periodically review existing long‑term incentive frameworks in line with market benchmarks and evolving business needs. Provide advisory support to management on both stock‑based and non‑stock incentive plans such as ESOPs, SARs, and performance‑linked cash plans
