Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Lead Rubber Process Engineer.
- **What you’ll do**:
- **Job summary**
- The Lead Rubber Process Engineer owns the production process for the manufacture of rubber hoses for the cold shrink product line as a member of the Industrialization Team at the rubber molded and assembled products plant in Queretaro, Mexico.
- **Job responsibilities**- Responsible for the start-up of an extrusion and autoclave line with associated support processes such as cutting, cleaning, marking, and delivery to the cold shrink kitting line. Requires work with cross-functional team in the plant.
- Responsible for continuing the manufacturing process once qualified with assurance of a capable process. Requires work with cross-functional team in the plant.
- Implement changes to the process, with robust qualification plans, as needed to improve productivity, quality, and/or designs.
