Job Description
This role is ideal for professionals with strong on-field exposure who have independently handled regulatory inspections, compliance, site safety, HSE related trainings, and HSE Data Analysis & Report Preparation in complex operational environments.
Role Highlights: -
Lead end-to-end HSE Safety & compliance implementation across onshore, offshore, drilling, and marine assets
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities such as DGMS, PESO, OISD, DGH, other regulatory bodies.
Ensure statutory approvals, licenses, inspections, and audit compliance
Drive incident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive measures
Oversee HSE SOPs, ERP / DMP, HAZOP studies, and mock drills
Conduct regular site visits to drilling rigs and operational assets to ensure safety compliance
Lead HSE trainings for employees and contractor workforce
Coordinate with site HSE teams and prepare HSE performance reports
Education/Qualification
B. Tech or B. E / M. Tech in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Industrial Safety
15–18 years HSE experience in Upstream Oil & Gas / Drilling / Marine installations
Proven hands-on site experience and regulatory interface exposure
Relevant HSE certifications preferred
