Job Description

We are seeking a high-ownership Lead to join our Sales Compensation team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Xactly incentive compensation system for our global sales-eligible employees. Your mission is to ensure that our compensation plans are executed with 100% accuracy, providing a seamless 'lead-to-pay' experience for the sales organization.

In this role, you will work closely with global business owners in HR, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Business Intelligence to ensure the proper plan design, calculation, and delivery of sales commissions.
