Job Description

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Inside Sales representatives , ensuring consistent performance, skill development, and target achievement.
  • Drive growth of the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and business development activities .
  • Engage with prospects and customers across multiple levels of the organization using a variety of channels (calls, emails, social, virtual meetings, etc.).
  • Work closely with the assigned Field Sales counterpart to support territory planning and opportunity execution.
