Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales candidate to join our Sales Enablement
team. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting primarily via calling and Linked In, lead
generation, setting up meetings with qualified sales leads, and mentoring young SDRs to perform
efficiently. This is a great opportunity for mid-level professionals who want to strengthen their

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Generate leads in US through outbound prospecting: primarily cold calling and Linked In
networking
 Research target companies and identify key decision-makers as per Decision-Tree's ICP
 Assess fit through discovery conversations to understand the prospect’s goals, challenges, and
buying readiness.
 Schedule meetings and handoff qualified leads to senior sales team (in some cases, you'll handle
sales closure yourself, helping you grow within your role)
 Maintain clean and updated records in the CRM (Hub Spot)
 Ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain a clean, prioritized and healthy sales pipeline every
month
 Continuously learn about our service offerings and market positioning
 Mentor young and early-stage SDRs
Eligibility Criteria
6-8 years of inside sales experience (ideally in professional services/analytics/consulting),
ideally in cold calling.
 Worked for North American market
 Excellent communication skills (spoken + written)
 Ability to handle rejections and high-volume outreach
 Prior experience working in a target-driven sales environment
 Bachelor's degree (preferred: English, Mass Communication, PR, Journalism)
 Willing to relocate to Gurgaon, if not already based here
 Any managerial experience is a bonus
