Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales candidate to join our Sales Enablement

team. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting primarily via calling and LinkedIn, lead

generation, setting up meetings with qualified sales leads, and mentoring young SDRs to perform

efficiently. This is a great opportunity for mid-level professionals who want to strengthen their

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate leads in US through outbound prospecting: primarily cold calling and LinkedIn

networking

Research target companies and identify key decision-makers as per Decision-Tree's ICP

Assess fit through discovery conversations to understand the prospect’s goals, challenges, and

buying readiness.
