Job Description:
  • The Lead Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, integrations, and Einstein AI capabilities.
  • This role involves technical leadership, mentoring, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into high-quality Salesforce implementations.
    • Requirement/Must Have:
  • 6–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, and asynchronous processing).
  • Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong Service Cloud configuration and customization experience.
  • Proven experience with Flow Builder including record-triggered flows, screen flows, and orchestrations.
