• SAP Expertise: Extensive background in SAP consulting/development with a focus on data migration.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing sub-projects and building high-performing teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to select migration methodologies and make high-stakes technical decisions.
• Communication: Fluent in English with the cultural intelligence to work seamlessly with European stakeholders.
