.Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage procurement of OEM products, licenses, subscriptions, AMC, and services aligned to customer orders and projects.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and partners to obtain competitive pricing, discounts, and commercial terms.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and manage approved vendor lists and OEM relationships.
  • Deal Support & Commercial Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams during deal qualification to ensure: Correct BOM validation Pricing accuracy Margin protection
  • Support deal structuring to meet margin and EBITDA targets.
  • Ensure procurement inputs are aligned with approved sales orders and contracts.
  • Order Management & Execution
