. Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
+ Manage procurement of OEM products, licenses, subscriptions, AMC, and services aligned to customer orders and projects.
+ Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and partners to obtain competitive pricing, discounts, and commercial terms.
+ Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
+ Maintain and manage approved vendor lists and OEM relationships.
Deal Support & Commercial Alignment
+ Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams during deal qualification to ensure:
+ Correct BOM validation
+ Pricing accuracy
+ Margin protection
+ Support deal structuring to meet margin and EBITDA targets.
+ Ensure procurement inputs are aligned with approved sales orders and contracts.
Order Management & Execution
+ Raise and track Purchase Orders (PO...
