What is the Opportunity?

As a Lead Scrum Master, you will enable one or more multi-disciplinary agile teams at RBC Insurance to run a medium-to-high agile development process that seamlessly aligns with business and technical needs. The Lead Scrum Master is a key role within an Agile delivery team as it removes any impediments that obstruct a team's pursuit of its sprint goals and ultimately deliver a product that generates business benefits for one or several RBC lines of business. Scrum Masters play an important role in the long-term evolution of agile practices at RBC.

What Will You Do?

• Facilitating medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release, providing oversight to ensure alignment with RBC Agile practices
