We are currently seeking a Lead Scrum Master| Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Engage with business stakeholders to identify, understand, and document requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors. Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions. Develop use cases, acceptance criteria, and ensure proper requirement traceability. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather insights. Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities. Work with project managers to align requirements with project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor solution implementation to ensure it aligns with business objectives.
