Mandatory Skills

  • 5–9 years of experience as an SDET , with at least 5 years in test automation
  • Proven experience leading a team of 3–4 SDETs and owning release/go-live decisions
  • Strong proficiency in Java for building and maintaining test automation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience testing iOS applications and Appium.
  • Experience with automation and testing tools such as TestNG, Maven, Jenkins , and device/cloud platforms (BrowserStack, LambdaTest, pCloudy, HeadSpin , etc.)
  • Solid understanding of QA processes, test strategies, and automation best practices
  • Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and mocking test data
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration skills
