Job Description
Mandatory Skills
- 5–9 years of experience as an SDET, with at least 5 years in test automation
- Proven experience leading a team of 3–4 SDETs and owning release/go-live decisions
- Strong proficiency in Java for building and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience testing i OS applications and Appium.
- Experience with automation and testing tools such as Test NG, Maven, Jenkins, and device/cloud platforms (Browser Stack, Lambda Test, p Cloudy, Head Spin, etc.)
- Solid understanding of QA processes, test strategies, and automation best practices
- Experience working with SQL/No SQL databases and mocking test data
- Strong analytical, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration skills
