Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle client retention processes under the guidance of the TL/Manager.
  • Ensure all documentation, records, and compliance are properly maintained to avoid loss of information.
  • Engage new customers and deliver presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of products/services.
  • Be well-versed with the company’s technical product features to deliver effective technical sales pitches; understand client requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Liaise with existing clients and deliver strong after-sales support and technical backup to enhance customer experience.
  • Expedite resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring consistent servicing and after-sales support.
  • Manage and guide a team of sales executives, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
