We are seeking a Lead Service Cloud Developer with a strong Salesforce background to join our team.

As a Lead Service Cloud Developer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through the development and implementation of Service Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement Service Cloud solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and controllers for customized functionality
  • Create and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced user experience
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Integration Platforms and Salesforce CTI
  • Perform thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure high-quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies throughout the development process
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Salesforce technologies and trends

    • Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development, with specific expertise in Service Cloud
  • Expertise in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for effective customization and development
  • Hands-on experience in Integration Platforms and Salesforce CTI for seamless integration with other systems
  • Proficiency in SOQL for efficient data retrieval and manipulation
  • Experience with specialized Cloud, if any (Data Cloud, Financial services Cloud, Communication and media cloud, Industry Solution Cloud, Life Sciences cloud)
  • Mandatory certification in App builder, PD1, PD2
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+) for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
