About the Role:
Join True Blue Pools as a Lead Service Technician and be part of a dedicated team that transforms backyards into personal paradises. In this role, you'll leverage your technical skills and passion for customer service to ensure our clients enjoy pristine pool experiences.





Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on residential pools.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues, including pumps, filters, and heaters.


• Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on pool maintenance best practices.


• Lead and train assistant technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.


• Manage service schedules and maintain accurate records of work performed.


• Order and maintain inventory of pool supplies and equipment.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all service operations.


• Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in pool service and maintenance. (Not Required)


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Mechanical inclination and ability to use basic hand and power tools.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.


• Must be willing to learn and follow specific instructions to ensure safety


• Ability to safely handle and properly use dangerous chemicals
