Generic Accountability

• Having good understanding of Siebel UCM/CRM data model and provide technical solutioning on business requirements and issues related to data migration and data loading.
• Perform day‑to‑day operational & maintenance support functions within Siebel application including issue troubleshooting, ticket resolution, provide business clarification and batch data load monitoring.
• Communicate, escalate, and resolve problem ticket issues as appropriate and working with the users / stakeholders in resolving incidents based on severity.
• Well aligned with ITIL processes in the areas of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.

Specific Accountability

• Hands‑on development experience in Siebel EIM, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting and Siebel Configuration & ETL tools.
