## Job Description# Lead Snowflake DeveloperWe are seeking a **Lead Snowflake Developer** to drive the technical modernization of an enterprise Snowflake environment. This role will take ownership of **migrating legacy Snowflake SQL and stored procedure–driven workflows into dbt**, defining modeling standards, and guiding the platform toward Snowflake-native, scalable data engineering practices.This is a **hands-on technical lead role**, not people management. The Lead Snowflake Developer will act as the **architecture and delivery anchor** for Snowflake + dbt, partnering closely with Analytics, Solution Architects, and Engineering leadership.* Help migrate **custom Python scripts, MuleSoft orchestration, or legacy jobs** into Snowflake-native tasks where appropriate.* Contribute to **CI/CD pipelines** for dbt and Snowflake using GitHub Actions or similar tooling.* Partner with engineering teams to improve environment promotion, testing, and release processes.* Work with Analytics and ...
