Lead Software Engineer – AI & Vo IP (Contact Centre Platform)
Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days a week)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

About the Role
We are building a next-generation AI-powered Contact Centre platform combining Vo IP, real-time AI, and scalable backend systems. As a Senior Software Engineer – AI & Vo IP, you will design and build high-performance systems powering voice communication, automation, and analytics at scale.
This is a hands-on, core engineering role with high ownership and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Vo IP-based contact centre systems (SIP, RTP, Web RTC).
- Build scalable backend services for call routing, recording, analytics, and integrations.
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate speech-to-text, NLP, and AI automation.
- Ensure low-latency, high-availability real-time communication systems.
- Own system architecture, code quality, and production stability.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and on-call support.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with Vo IP technologies: SIP, RTP, Web RTC, Asterisk, Free SWITCH.
- Backend development experience using Python / Node.js / Java / Go.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
- Strong understanding of networking, concurrency, and system performance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience with Contact Centre or Telephony platforms.
- Exposure to AI/ML or speech systems.
- Experience in startup or fast-scaling environme
