Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive backend architecture, lead development efforts, and mentor team members while building scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Java-based enterprise applications
• Architect and implement Spring Boot Microservices
• Drive technical decisions, code quality, and best practices
• Mentor senior and junior engineers
• Work closely with stakeholders on requirement analysis and solution design
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
• Support production releases and critical issue resolution
