The Customer Intelligence team in the Personalization domain plays a critical role in supporting personalized customer experience on the website and various other marketing channels. We:


  • Develop mechanisms to capture and analyze real-time customer data to derive actionable insights. 




  • Implement customer segmentation to identify and target specific customer groups.




  • Maintain integrations to expose consistent customer data across all product teams.


  • What You Will Do


  • Design the architecture and build the services and tools that help to deliver personalized customer experience.




  • Design and develop our services end to end. Each team owns the whole solution, starting with the first line of code and ending with running it in production.
