Lead Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 5-10 years experience in strong background in backend development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will mentor developers, design scalable and maintainable systems, and drive high-level architectural decisions in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions.
• Define and implement solution architecture and enterprise architecture aligned with financial services standards.
• Oversee sprint planning, manage cross-functional teams, and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Design and develop distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Implement solutions using Keycloak.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with API Development and Redis.
• Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with solution and enterprise architecture in financial services.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage sprints, and mentor developers.
• Specialized Experience: Designing and solutions using Keycloak.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-level design principles.
