• The engineer is expected to be a dynamic and technically sound Leader in Software area who can act as a bridge engineer for software coordination between Japan Team and the offshore development team.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software development and strong Japanese language proficiency to handle technical communication, requirement clarification, and issue resolution with Japanese stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate is expected to follow Japanese quality process.
