Lead Software Engineer, React Native

**Role purpose**In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Principal Engineer and the Mobile Apps team members. While this is primarily an engineering role, we are always looking for developers who have a keen eye for product and who can contribute to the development of features at a product level before they are implemented. Work with Product and Design to refine requirements, contribute to planning, and identify risks early.Break down complex tasks into clear, manageable deliverables for the team. Mentor and support engineers, helping them grow their technical skills and confidence. Help foster a healthy engineering culture based on learning, knowledge sharing, and accountability.
