Lead Engineer, Shopify (Scaling DTC Brand)

Salary: Up to £100,000 base

Location: UK-based, ideally London (flexible)


One of the UK’s fastest-growing, multi-million-pound consumer brands is hiring a hands-on Lead Engineer to own and scale its Shopify eCommerce platform.

This is a senior, in-house role with genuine ownership, fast decision-making, and real influence over technical direction, alongside flexible working and clear career progression as the business scales.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and scale the Shopify commerce frontend, integrating with the existing platform
  • Optimise site speed, UX, and the full customer journey, from homepage to checkout
  • Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams
