Overview of the Role

 

The WMOS Production Support Lead plays a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management Open Systems) application in a high-availability production environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in WMOS, strong problem-solving skills, and leadership capabilities to manage support teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure minimal downtime in warehouse operations.
