Lead Software Engineer

Location: Taguig, Philippines.

As a member of a multi-functional agile team, you will develop and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable, and secure code. Your role involves adhering to company standards and established software methodologies while focusing on delivering high-quality enterprise software. You will implement and perform automated tests to ensure that the software produced is robust and diligent. Additionally, you will provide technical support to operations and other development teams, mentor peers and junior developers, and champion their growth to improve team performance. Through agile retrospectives and reviews, you will seek innovative ways to optimize team workflows and continuously improve.

Essential Skills
