  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring non‑functional requirements like API limits, throttling, error handling, and monitoring are addressed.
  • Mentor technical teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with IBM Sterling OMS or Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) platforms.
  • Strong practical understanding of OMS customization, configuration, and extension methodologies.

  • Deep knowledge of integration design, asynchronous messaging, event‑driven architecture, RESTful APIs, JSON, web services, and middleware platforms.
  • Experience with legacy OMS migration and e‑commerce integrations, including DTC/B2B platforms, warehouse management systems, and ERP systems like SAP.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring technical teams and engaging with executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the music, entertainment, or related industries is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives.
  • Remote work flexibility with opportunities for collaboration across global teams.
  • Exposure to enterprise‑scale OMS implementations and cutting‑edge integration technologies.
  • Professional growth and mentorship in architecture, integration, and technical leadership.
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment that values creativity and innovation.
  • Opportunity to work on high‑impact projects influencing global business operations.
