The Lead Solutions Engineer - AI Localization & Tooling is a hybrid client-facing and hands-on engineering role. You will translate ambiguous business needs into practical, measurable solutions by combining solution design, rapid experimentation, and production delivery. A core focus of the role is to design, build, and continuously improve agentic AI workflows that support localization and linguistic quality assurance (LQA), while enabling teams to adopt these workflows through clear guidance, tooling, and change management.
